At TouchStar Robotics and AI Corp, we are committed to ensuring that our software solutions and industrial robots are delivered to our customers efficiently and in perfect condition. Below is our policy regarding delivery and fulfillment: 

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email will contain details of your purchase, including the estimated delivery time. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or specialized solutions may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. 

Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping. The available options will be displayed at checkout based on your location. 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently do not offer international shipping. We deliver to all locations within BARBADOS.  

Fulfillment of Software Solutions

Digital Delivery

Software solutions are delivered electronically via email or a secure download link within 24 hours of order processing. 

Installation Support

We offer complimentary installation support for all our software products. Our technical team is available to assist you with the installation and initial setup to ensure a smooth implementation. 

Industrial Robots Delivery

Packaging

Our industrial robots are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Each package includes the robot, necessary accessories, and a detailed user manual. 

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your robot, please inspect the package for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, please report it to us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. 

Installation & Setup

For customers who require installation services, our certified technicians will schedule a visit to your facility for setup and calibration of the robots. This service may incur additional charges, depending on the location and complexity of the installation. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online. 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
